In addition, they maintain and reconcile our four main bank accounts (domestic/export, sterling/euro) on a monthly basis. They prepare and submit all VAT returns (with associated VAT EC Sales Lists) and produce our quarterly management and year end accounts. This all sounds expensive but in reality, using Nextep has made significant savings of 30%+ on our previous accounting costs.
