In order to reduce pressure on our busy staff, we outsourced our payroll to Nextep.
At the time, the company was enjoying a rapid period of growth and the financial information required proved to be beyond the capabilities of our current staff. So we also decided to outsource all internal bookkeeping and accounting processes to Nextep, as well as asking them to produce monthly management accounts and projections. Their financial knowledge and support proved invaluable as the recession bit, and the impact on the construction industry proved to be worst of all.
As a result, Nextep were able to assist with refunding and providing critical cash flow information until conditions improved. In short, Nextep bring a level of financial expertise to CCF which previously didn’t exist.
